Shattered Childhood is now on Wattpad!

Greetings my readers! As you’ve probably guessed by the title of this post, Nothing to Lose: Book 1 – Shattered Childhood is now on Wattpad! The featured image is the temporary cover for it, I designed it by using Canva (, so thanks to them I have a semi decent cover! (Ha!)

The link to the story is here:

The only issue is that you’ll have to sign up for Wattpad; but it is entirely free. I will create a seperate WordPress blog for the Nothing to Lose series where the chapters are posted, but for the time being, it will have to do with Wattpad for the time being.

Also, I am currently working on Chapter 3 of Shattered Childhood, so be prepared for a new update within the week! I plan to release new chapters everyday, or every second day. It’s not on a definite schedule, but it’ll do.

Thank you, folks! I hope you are blessed with luck.

Also, I’d advise you listen to this cover of Ezio’s Family:

This is the media for the upcoming chapter. You’ll find out why this is included, when I release chapter 3. Until then, that’s all folks!

Nothing to Lose: Shattered Childhood – Nothing to Lose updates!

AS you’ve guessed by the title, I’ve started working on Nothing to Lose, Book 1: Shattered Childhood!

This introduces Ace, a god, of his mysterious and haunted past plauging him during his duties. The head god, Ier, has told him to step down to relieve his past, to learn from it.

I’ve had a sudden burst of the need to write. Now, I will state that Nothing to Lose does have themes of child abuse, and needless to say I have to state that I DO NOT CONDONE CHILD ABUSE. So many times I get slandered for writing something I do not condone. Sometimes, the villain does things the writer would never, ever commit.

Shattered Childhood is about 3 young boys, from the age of 6, going through a wave of abuse, while learning about how life really is. They’re pushed to the extreme, until that is, they figure out how to defeat their abuser at the age of 16. It all continues from there. I expect Shattered Childhood to at least touch upon the boys reaching 23-24, before Book 1 is finished. So far, I’m liking the new approach to the book.

I am still doing Book Reviews! School has gotten in the way of reading and I can barely snag a read of Talon before my next class! Also, guess who’s just preordered the new Pokemon Sun game…! Except it’s actually a collector’s edition! It’s my first preorder, aha!

Well, I hope you all have had a good week! May luck befall you~

Drabble of Writing #1

Thump, goes the heart.

My chest gets tight. I feel dizzy. I’m panicking.

What am I panicking over? I don’t know. I just have the feeling that everything is crashing onto me. That I feel like I’m going to die.

I want to cry. I’m shaking. I hear just a blur of sound. I feel the tears rolling down my face.

Why can’t I just find the ability to not break down and have attacks like these not happen?

Something that’s on my mind at the current time. Anxiety’s building up on me and I don’t know how to solve it.

I feel so bad because I just wanted to have a good night and depression made it feel so…..unhappy for me. I’m rambling, aren’t I?

Daily Prompt: Maybe

via Daily Prompt: Maybe

Maybe it wasn’t her time. Maybe it wasn’t the right thing to do.

What happened….maybe it could’ve ended better. It could’ve been worse.

He sat there in pain, maybe grief, drooping his head.

Maybe he should’ve put himself in the line of fire.

Maybe he should’ve taken the kick. Now his daughter was dead. Like his wife before him. And just like how his son and other daughter before him.

Maybe he should’ve taken the activation. Destroying himself to protect his family, to make them live til old age.

Something that happens in Nothing to Lose. Hehe. You won’t know who it is, exactly.

Upcoming Book Reviews! Updates!

As I’ve previously mentioned in my review Book Review: Harry Potter and The Cursed Child – Spoiler Free Review, Book Reviews are a new thing coming to this blog! Since today is my birthday, I just received more books to read…..and a refurbished MacBook Air! Now that I have a personal laptop to use, it’ll be much easier to write reviews and blog posts!

Without further ado, I shall now list the upcoming Book Reviews!

  • Talon, Book 1 of the Talon book series by Juile Kagawa
  • Rouge, Book 2 of the Talon book series by Julie Kagawa

Status: TBR

  • Deltora Quest #1, Book 1 of the Deltora Quest series by Emily Rodda
  • Deltora Quest #2, Book 2 of the Deltora Quest series by Emily Rodda
  • Deltora Quest #3, Book 3 of the Deltora Quest series by Emily Rodda

Status: TBR

Writing wise, I need to get back on track. I’ll start getting back to work on the Worldbuilding of Nothing to Lose soon, as I still need to complete a few other things before I get into writing more lore. Writing an Album Review is not as easy as I thought!

I’m getting back to being online. I’ve been really busy in real life, so getting online today has been such a relief. Then again…..Pokemon Go claims me…..I WILL CATCH THEM ALL!

Until I write again, may you all stay safe and well.

Book Review: Harry Potter and The Cursed Child – Spoiler Free Review

Hello readers! A new thing is arriving to the blog, and that is definitely Book Reviews! The reason why I chose Harry Potter and the Cursed Child was because a friend of mine, lent it to me to read! I sincerely thank her immensely, for this book…oh my, it is so good. Without further ado, I will go onto reviewing it!

First Impression of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

My first impression of the script was that the main character, Albus, was a lonely, bullied child that James would stand up for, but oh my, how I was so wrong! (On a level I was right, haha). But, as I read the book, there was a lot more in stock for me than I had thought.

My thoughts on The Cursed Child (Spoiler Free!)

Albus and Scorpius are the most adorable best friends I’ve ever seen. As I read this book, I felt like I was with them the entire way through their adventure, through even the most dastardly and grim situations. This book took my emotions, and snapped one, little by little. Especially at the near end of the book, where the climax of the book is. I was so afraid of what would happen to little Albus or Scorpius. And I got a fair few laughs from this book as well. Apart from the movies, Draco and Harry in this book learn to be more friendly to each other, and as the story progresses, Harry and Draco have their arguments, but eventually they both realise that they must put their grudges aside in order for them to find Albus and Scorpius as they start poking into things they weren’t supposed to.

Also, I felt so betrayed by a certain character in this book, I thought good things about them, but…..mhm..I cannot reveal, as this is a spoiler free review, and more of the basis of how I felt about this book. I’m not a very good summary maker, and I don’t intend to in the future ahead….

My Rating for The Cursed Child

I give it 5/5 stars, it is wonderfully written, and it took me by surprise, and I could not put this book down for too long as the eagerness in me wanted me to read more. I did find it a bit shorter than the usual series, but seeing as this is a seperate story from the main Harry Potter series, I decided that it wouldn’t effect too much on the rating and the review I give for this book.

I would like to give a shout out to a very good book reviewer, @thebookfeedblog! She posts more regularly, and she reviews upcoming books from many indie authors, as well as already published books. She has a variety of things she posts, so go check her out!

I will be doing more book reviews in the future. They’ll be random, at best, as I’ll read a random book from my shelf and review it, if I feel the need to. May you all have luck, my readers.
